About me

A New England native, John Marino grew up in the Boston, Massachusetts area where he earned his undergraduate degree in Psychology at Salem State College, Massachusetts and later received his Masters Degree in Counseling from Cambridge College, in Cambridge, Massachusetts.

Having spent over 10 years working for Fortune 500 companies in the consumer product goods, financial services and high tech computer industry, Mr. Marino decided to use his extensive networking capabilities to begin his own executive search company; Source Recruitment Solutions, LLC.

He has held various regional Human Resource Management roles as an employee and as an expert recruitment consultant. His responsibilities have included managing recruitment teams and processes for various companies nationwide. John takes pride in satisfying each individual involved in the placement process.
