In order to succeed in Corporate Finance, it resulted to be very useful being a business lawyer and having been educated in business management, auditing and taxation. From the early ninetees, I advised a number of M&A deals, either as a lawyer or M&A advisor, a significant part of them involving more than one jurisdiction (international or transnational deals). I've been Capital Partner of ONE TO ONE CAPITAL PARTNERS in Barcelona from 2005 to 2008. This is the biggest M&A firm in Spain, with offices in 23 cities. I also serve as a member of several Boards of Directors and / or advisory boards of companies in different sectors.
