About me
Introducing Dare To Fly
Dare To Fly’s mission is ‘to intuitively and expertly empower individuals and organisations to release their true potential.’
This mission, along with the vision and values of the organisation, is demonstrated by its founder Judith Flowerday and all of the friendly and non-judgemental coaches, mentors and trainers who work alongside her. Dare To Fly aims to deliver a fully supportive, honest and genuine service of excellent quality to all its clients, every time.
Judith qualified as a coach in 2006 and quickly developed a genuine interest in her clients, a commitment to their growth and an unshakeable belief in the power of the coaching intervention. In March 2009 Dare To Fly was born out of Judith’s desire to empower “the universe”, or more realistically, as many individuals and organisations as possible!
It took Judith almost 2 years to realise that she couldn’t empower the universe alone and to create the Dare To Fly vision, including: -
‘Working alongside people who demonstrate the same vision and values and grow from coaching.’
The Dare To Fly team now includes coaches, mentors and trainers who share the same vision, mission and values. Collectively we may never empower the universe but we would be delighted to assist you as an individual, or your organisation, to release your true potential!
Currently the majority of our team members are based in Norwich and around the Norfolk area. However, Dare To Fly is continuing to welcome like-minded individuals to offer coaching, mentoring and training nationwide, so wherever you are there is a distinct possibility we will be able to offer you the support that you desire.
An Introduction To Coaching
Whether coaching is offered to you as an individual or to your organisation, at the heart of it will always be a totally confidential relationship between you and your coach. Dare To Fly coaches are friendly, non-judgemental and totally supportive, providing you with a safe environment in which to explore your challenges, solutions, goals and dreams. With your coach's support you can close the gap between where you are now and where you want to be. The coach's goal is to help you release your true potential and each session is focused totally on you and helping you to create the life and/or business that you desire.
You may already know that coaching can offer solutions to a huge number of challenges so it won’t be a surprise to know that the benefits listed on these pages aren’t exhaustive by any means!
Your Dare To Fly coach can help you identify what type of coaching package will best suit your individual or organisational needs and lifestyle. This could be simply face-to-face, one-to-one or team coaching sessions or could include additional support by telephone, email or text message.
A coaching session can include the elements of coaching, brain-storming, clarification of your values, exploring plans of action, examining the way you currently live your life or run your business, clarifying questions and empowering requests. Sometimes the questions can be gently challenging, but will always be non-directive. You can also take the time for deep, reflective thinking.
Even though a session can be challenging, it is structured to always be rewarding, and you will always feel fully supported by your coach. All clients and organisations are individual and therefore experience success at different rates. It is not unusual to still be getting benefit from the coaching session long after it has finished! Coaching is thought-provoking and life-changing.
