About me

Juergen holds a Masters degree in Management from the University of London. He has been working for a number of multinationals and leading private companies in finance, e-commerce and media in Germany and China. When not baking cakes (he holds a Diploma for Pastry Chefs in Baking and Pastry Arts) Juergen enjoys sailing, golf, traveling and is constantly thinking of new ways to improve efficiency, design and function of virtually everything he lays his hands on.
