After managing Rutgers Executive MBA Program for four years in Shanghai, I started a Learning Consulting company (Executive Learning Center) in early 2005. Three months later, my future husband Ramil Cueto joined the company full-time. In 2006, we married and had a baby girl. In 2007, we started to provide integrated learning solutions to the foreign-invested companies in China, which had been appreciated by the clients greatly. It is a breakthrough year.

As a business woman, mother, daughter, I am facing challenges constantly. Things went smoothly, days going by fast. Career, family life, personal time are all balanced. I am so thankful everything works out well.

As a way of thanksgiving, we would like to serve our community, one is Executive Learning Center Community- https://www.xing.com/net/elcc/, we learn from each other through openly sharing.

Another one, I would like to thank Xing for trusting me to be the co-moderator of Xing Shanghai Community- https://www.xing.com/net/shanghai/, which my role is to organize offline events. Since December 2007, I tried to organize one event per month. Through moderating the events, I got to know a lot more good contacts and even found business partners across the ocean. In June of 2009, I was appointed the Ambassador of XING Shanghai, the Shanghai Community also became the XING official community.

I would like to share my knowledge and experience with everyone. I believe I can learn from each of you. Let's get to know each other, the doors of opportunities will open up for us if we keep looking with positive attitude and open mind.
