I've been in IBM now 10 years - just got the pen.
 
Started out as a systems programmer in os/390 before moving into marketing communications.I worked on events, Internet management, client references, publication development.
 
In the last two years I have been working on internal communications, initially on the company intranet, rationalising content and number of sites. On the side blogging and getting involved in new media work just out of interest which has led to being put on the New Media Global team.
 
Most of the time I help and advise the business on how to use emerging technology in their daily routine to enable better team communications. I also work on various projects and events that we run throughout the year, organising campaigns and especially on-line events.
