Dr. Karsten Kärcher is CEO and founder of Plenta Foods. Plenta Foods has filed a patent for a nutrition and free-from / gluten-free / lacto-free / vegetarian / vegan product range. Karsten is also Chairman and co-founder of Giglets, a publisher of illustrated ebooks for children and adults.

In the past, Karsten has been a Board Director of Tiscover AG in Austria and managing director of companies in England, Scotland, Italy, and Germany.
