• Responsible for New Product Development activity & Project Handling • Preparation of all the Engineering Documents related to New Product Development • Responsible for getting the Approval Process done for the Molding & Assembly Section Production Lines • Implementations of New Improvement Activities in the Process to achieve the Quality reduce the Cycle Time & Cost Reduction Goals • Preparation of all the Engineering Documents related to New Product Development

• New product Process Flow and layout, Pilot Run, PFMEA, Control Plan preparation & Review. • Continuous Improvement in product, process & customer complaints handling • To prepare the Working Standard for all the process. • Customer co-ordination, order acknowledgement & act as customer representative at Plant

• Achieving production target for all machine as per the daily plan • Daily manpower planning and assembly lines • Weekly updating the Reports to the Product Department Head • Accountable for planning of daily requirement of out sourced parts and weekly reconciliation of parts • Responsible for Vendor development and management to ensure the smooth production
