About me
With a strong background in drama-therapy, adult education, training, group analysis and sports science, she worked for 15 years with teams and individuals as a therapist, educator, coach and trainer.
In 2009, Katerina founded Creative Empowerment, a company whose mission is to enable teams and their leaders to enhance their performance. Based in Athens, it provides high-end business and executive coaching and training services, working globally with Leaders and their Teams for the creation of a high performing environment and positive change.
Characterized by integrity, high accountability and a strong ethical focus, Katerina applies these values and principles to her work along with her experience to create a working method that brings out the best results and can turn any team into a high performing team.
