Dr. Kevin Kragenbrink is the owner of Estrada Strategies, Knoxville and the coach for the CEO Club and Entrepreneur’s Clubs of East Tennessee. Dr. Kragenbrink has distinguished himself for more than 30 years as teacher, coach, entrepreneur, church leader, consultant, and strategist. His record of success is matched by his passion to contribute to the success of the business owners and executives he now serves. He is, by all accounts, an inspirational, gregarious, and insightful speaker, a powerful business coach, an effective teacher and consultant, and a talented vocal performer. Kevin is acclaimed by friends, colleagues and clients alike as a powerful, understanding, compassionate leader and motivator.

Kevin is an engaging, high energy speaker who communicates with audiences using a unique blend of humor, story-telling, practical application, and sometimes music. His own story of struggle and success is compelling and provides a powerful foundation for creating hope and motivation in the audiences who hear his messages. Whether speaking to 10 people or 1000, Kevin’s gift is to speak so that people feel as if he is speaking directly to them. His record of success is built upon a foundation of struggle.

A troubled youth, Kevin dropped out of high school and joined the U.S. Army one week after his seventeenth birthday. In the years that followed he found a way to complete his high school education while overcoming a series of personal struggles. After 6 years of service, Kevin left the military and re-joined the workforce working for two large corporations in materials management positions. In 1982, at the age of 25, Kevin entered college. Between 1982 and 1996 he completed a BA, an MA and a PH.D., often working two or more jobs or using income from his own business to make ends meet while he studied. During those same years he raised a son, launched his first business venture, served four different churches as part-time youth pastor or pastor, and taught high school and college students.

In 1996 Kevin launched Creative Performance Strategies, a California based strategic management and planning company, to focus his time and energy on helping small businesses, churches and non-profit organizations grow and succeed. At the same time, he began speaking regularly to groups in Southern California on the topics of Leadership, Success, Change, Personal Values, Spiritual Values, and American Culture. Between 1999 and 2005, while continuing to build his consulting practice, he worked closely with the California State University, San Bernardino; directing their newly formed Center for Entrepreneurship and supporting their outreach to regional businesses and organizations as Director of New Business for their College of Extended Learning. He also spent thousands of hours in the classroom teaching classes in United States History and Entrepreneurship.

In 2005 Kevin joined forces with Ruben Estrada and moved from California to Tennessee to help launch a nation-wide franchise company focused on business development. As a part of the Estrada Strategies team Kevin is helping create opportunities for businesses to succeed across the U.S. with plans to expand the messages and opportunities around the world in the next 10 years. Today, in addition to his public speaking, Kevin regularly provides business coaching, leadership training, strategic planning, and financial consulting for a wide range of businesses, academic institutions, government agencies, and nonprofit organizations.
