It offers search functions for candiates, online application forms and also provides a feature to evaluate job-related personal skills and preferences based on a set of questions the user can answer.

I worked as the IT project manager for the development of a innovative online tax declaration system for expatriates woking in Switzerland.

As a consultant I worked in different roles on several projects. The most important project was the development of a brand new online bank for a major Swiss bank, where I worked a team leader for 20+ people who developed the user interface of this bank. I also managed a project for development of a CV admistration systems of PwC's consultants in EMEA.

Responsibility for the launch of the Electronic Bill Presentment and Payment (EBPP) System “PayNet” for private clients in Switzerland. Lead market research and communication activities. Conducting a large field test with banks prior to market launch. Lead design of PayNet’s web user interface for clients, design and develop prototypes for EBPP on wireless media as with SMS and WAP. Preparations to establish digital certificates (PKI) for private clients in cooperation with Swisskey and major Swiss banks.
