  I help to make work matter. For this I combine four approaches: 1. The work of Clare W. Graves "Levels of human existance" (www.clarewgraves.com), later called Spiral Dynamics. This provides insight in how people percieve their world, what motivates them, how are they unique, which languages they use according to their levels of existance. 2. The work of Bert Hellinger: This gives insight in the systemic web people are nested (and sometimes) captured in. 3. The ideas of Ken Wilber (www.integralinstitute.org): giving a sound distinction between instrumental/technical and real living approaches of HR. 4. The work of Martin Buber and the world dialogue foundation (www.worlddialoguefoundation.com): This provides pathways to connect people beyond the bounderies of their levels of existance.
