The ideas of Ken Wilber (www.integralinstitute.org): giving a sound distinction between instrumental/technical and real living approaches of HR. 4. The work of Martin Buber and the world dialogue foundation (www.worlddialoguefoundation.com): This provides pathways to connect people beyond the bounderies of their levels of existance.
