Accountable for the publisher & developer support as well as games promotion. Contract negotiations with publishers, developers & payment provider. Setting up & leading the strategic partnership management division for mobile. Responsible for strategic development & contract negotiations of all mobile activities.

Responsible for concept, product- & project planning and further development of a mobile dating service (web- & mobile site, apps). Full product management life cycle as well as A/B & usability tests. Coordination of an international developer team. Preparations & pitches to business angels & venture capital companies.

Setting up and leading the department for innovation, strategy & new business development. Budget responsibility, market-, industry trend- and business model analysis as well as research. Testing ideas, new business models & cooperation’s. Conference speaker & representative worldwide.

Acquisition & further development of clients. Bid proposal management. Preparation & execution of client presentations, meetings & workshops. Full project & budget responsibility, project planning & realization.
