Exploring out new business opportunities and to enter into an alliance, which should not only be mutually beneficial but should also meet the parties' long term goals; sometimes seems to be a daunting task . I am a part of business development team with E2 Solutions, an India based leading WEB solutions provider. I am of firm opinion that, a great deal of care is required while designing/ developing any application; so that client should not be be left scratching their head at the end of day. Keeping in mind that world is dynamic, a great deal of customization is required with each and every offering. Because a model which is a big hit in India may prove to be a shit in another market.
