About me
Kurt and partner Michael Merril, Co Founders of Lochsheil International Group are broadening their global networking skills within the commodities industry. Lochsheil International creates business partnerships with both buyers and sellers of commodities such as gold bullion, gold dust, crude oil, fuels and other trading materials.
Kurt also founded The Lochsheil Corporation and served as Chief Executive Officer. He was integral in taking The Lochsheil Corporation from a start-up company to a national leader in flood map retrieval. By 2002. Mr. Scrivens sold The Lochsheil Corporation and moved onto creating Value Tech with two partners. As Founder and Chief Technical Officer he was responsible for the software architecture and marketing to the professional users of the Value Tech Software. Following the sale of Value Tech, Mr. Scrivens went back to his roots of real estate sales and appraising to start Scrivens and Associates to deal in commercial real estate and East Coast Fractionals to deal in the niche market of Fractional Ownership.
Kurt graduated high school then furthered his education in business, real estate and marketing, by attending Carleton Univesity, as well as Algonquin College and Brockport University. Over the years graduating and obtaining degrees in business administration, real estate sales, real estate appraising and marketing.
