2018 I joined the newly established Innovation unit inside of the Business Development Team of SOLARWATT establishing with the team growth to seven-digit sales in one year. All products are developed in-house and manufactured in Germany. The unit is focusing on exploring and establishing various new business models. My role was to help the product launch and scale by using all sorts of lean growth-methods, marketing, and technics.
