About me

I have been in the recruitment industry for 11 years, starting off in Consultancy based Engineering Recruitment with Short-term Engineers in Bristol. I moved to London in 2005 as a means to further my career within the industry & moved into a new area of European IT Account Management & recruitment. I have now expanded my business focus into Investment Banking looking at Collateral and Risk as well as Transformation & Change on the strategic and regulatory side. Since I moved to Spring Technology my core business area was pre-dominately focussed on Collateral OTC/REPO & Tri-party Analysts within Investment Banking in the middle to back office (Derivatives Trading) as well as senior appointments within Collateral/Securities Project & Product Management. I have now moved forward completely to cover Banking Operations covering Risk (Operational, Credit, Market and Technology) and Collateral Management, with a small percentage of my time looking at Transformation & Change. I am now looking to build my client and candidate business further using a strong network of contacts.
