My Compensation & Benefits Philosophy is straightforward: We have to do what makes sense for our Company and our people. Policies and practices have to be fair and consistent, should be market competitive and need to support the business executing the business plan. As labour markets are becoming more and more competitive and the "War on Talent" is getting fierce, effective compensation & benefits strategies are key to the success of the business. I enjoy working in an international environment and have experience across the globe in the following countries: USA, Mexico, Brasil, Ireland, United Kingdom, Portugal, Spain, France, Monaco, Belgium, Netherlands, Germany, Sweden, Poland, Hungary, Bulgaria, Italy, Ivory Coast, Ghana, India, Korea, China, Japan. I lived and worked in 5 different countries so far (Sweden, Netherlands, UK, Switzerland, Germany) and have been on talent exchange assignments to the US.
