CIIIS- Certified International Investments & Immigration Specialist, working with Domestic Investors who want to purchase a second/vacation home or if they are looking to invest through a personal retirement plan IRA, and
Foreign Investors who are interested in expanding an existing company or starting a new one, here in the USA (Treaty Investor Visa E2, EB-5 Investor Immigrant Visa, L1 Visa, etc.). I work with them in the purchase of the real estate for their business and guide them in the process of visas, incentives they might be elegible for & provide consultation regarding international tax ramifications.
