About me

Born 29.04.1964. Commercial training and education within the family business, Studied Economy in Bonn (Germany, Swizerland), PHD in economics. Several management courses (emphasis on Marketing) Anthony Robins (USA), Klaus Fink (Bonn), Löhner (Basel), Prof. Ganter (St. Gallen), Prof. Paul Watzlawick (Mental Research Institute, Paolo Alto, California).

Other Experience:
Several courses and seminars. Science of communications. Training as an EKS- Trainer with “Frankfurter Allgemeinen Zeitung” (german newspaper).
Languages: German, English, Italian, Spanish (French: basic knowledge)

Professional Experience
1985-1995: Founded several companies (Private School, Publishing firm, “Computer Company and consultant”.) Experience as a business consultant of strategic solutions for companies and new media market.
As of 1996 Independent Marketing Consultant (emphasis on new media market) Medium sized software companies and SAP. Strategy Consultancy for well-known agencies.

1997 Start with first Internet activities and ideas, speeches, articles (but without a big response)

1999: Founder, major shareholder, and CEO of INTERNOLIX AG Germany
2000: March: IPO of INTERNOLIX AG „New Market Frankfurt“, Leader of consortium:
West LB- Panmure, BHF Bank, Consortium
CEO and president of the concern
Creation of INTERNOLIX USA, Silicon Valley, Dallas and New York
Finalization of worldwide contracts with Steve Balmer (CEO of Microsoft), IBM, HP and Cisco
Finalization of a strategic alliance with Infomedia (Thyssen-Krupp)
Creation of several European subsidiaries in the UK, France, Spain, Denmark, Sweden

2001:
Re-structuring of the consortium

driven Online Platforms. Development in Germany and Ukraine.

2004- today:

Finalizing of the Software, Business Development, several capital market transactions,
Joint Venture with Alcatel in China and Chinas Telecom for a customer, Preparation the take
over of a stock listed company…, speeches at several conferences and congresses like “Ètre”,
Athens…
Diplomatic work and status : Since 2004 Ambassador for special affaires of the President of Panama.
Responsible for European and US- Business development. Activities: several travels with European
economic leader to Panama for the presentation of investment and development opportunities.
