SmartSteps is a search and selection consultancy specialising in the recruitment of bilingual and bi-cultural personnel. We recruit by head hunting, networking and advertising to find our clients employees ranging from support staff to middle managers for permanent or fixed-term contracts. We work mainly in Paris, but our international clients are also based in Brussels, Luxemburg, Switzerland and London. Our objective is to reinforce our position as the preferred recruiter by offering a quality service to both clients and candidates.

A trained HR professional and member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, Great-Britain, I acquired my skills within international companies (Clifford Chance, Ernst & Young, Michael Page...) both in London and Paris. My experiences and cosmopolitan background allow me to understand and advise businesses working on the international markets.
