About me

SmartSteps is a search and selection consultancy specialising in the recruitment of bilingual and bi-cultural personnel. We recruit by head hunting, networking and advertising to find our clients employees ranging from support staff to middle managers for permanent or fixed-term contracts. We work mainly in Paris, but our international clients are also based in Brussels, Luxemburg, Switzerland and London.
