Manfred Gollent is a Certified Business Coach (CBC), supporting clients to expand their potential and reach their goals more consistently. In his executive coaching capacity Manfred works with individuals and groups with a focus on Leadership Development, facilitates Strategy Development, Productivity and Efficiency Improvement as well as Team Building and Organizational Development. His clients range from individual professionals to Fortune 500 executives.

Prior to founding QLI International in 2006, Manfred Gollent has been a turn-around executive in a Fortune 500 company for some 22 years. He lead the rebuilding of underperforming subsidiaries in the United States, Europe and Asia by developing their leadership team and organization, restructuring strategy, operations and efficiency to improve results towards meeting investors expectations.

His corporate senior executive roles included corporate communication, ecology & sustainability and facilitating strategy development for companies in the UK, Belgium, Norway, France, Spain, Italy, Germany, Singapore, Philippines, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Australia and the USA. Manfred has extensive experience in all areas of management including marketing, sales, financial operations, product development and manufacturing. He served on company Boards in Norway, U.K., France, Belgium, Spain, Singapore, Taiwan, Australia and U.S.A.

Following his passion for entrepreneurship, business and people development Manfred is consulting principals and executives of companies of different sizes as well as individuals in entrepreneurial roles with a focus on personal development, strategy and efficiency management. In addition to his engagement with organizations and group coaching workshops for personal development in the areas of leadership and sales, he is coaching individuals to help them maximize their personal and professional results.

Manfred has a degree in Electrical Engineering and an Executive MBA from IMADEC University in Vienna, Austria (www.imadec.at). He is a certified Business Coach of the Resource Associate Coaching Academy, a certified facilitator and affiliate of the Total Quality Institute, The Institute for Sustainability and the Resource Associate Corporation Network. Manfred is also an executive coach of Lee Hecht Harrison (www.lhh.com), a leading global talent development company serving its C-level Executive clients at Fortune 500 companies. His wide multi-cultural background is complemented with fluency in English and German.

He was a guest lecturer on leadership development for the International Executive MBA program at EPFL (www.epfl.ch), the leading university in the field of engineering & technology management in Switzerland and writes articles for various publications. Manfred has regular speaking engagements with organizations and professional associations on topics including strategic planning, sales development, process management, leadership development, customer loyalty and goal achievement.
