In her 6 years’ experience, she has handled various projects related to Legal Auditing, Banking & Financial Documentation, Corporate, Commercial & Transactional Documentation, viz. Trust Deed, Share Purchase Agreement, Share Pledge Agreement, Nominee Shareholder Agreement, Service Agreements, Supply Agreement, Company’s Board Resolutions, Minutes of Meetings, Article of Association, Memorandum of Association etc., Due Diligence, Mergers & Acquisitions, Real Estate documentations, Legal & strategic advice on Foreign Direct Investment, etc.
She is also associated with Kaden Boriss Consulting Pvt. Ltd., a consulting, services and a KPO Company catering consulting assignments for clients seeking to outsource their legal, para-legal and strategic advisory, regulatory and compliance work, as a Legal Associate Specialist. She has handled various LPO & KPO projects related to Legal Auditing and Aknoi®.

Positioning at IICLAM and SAARCLAW: She is a Treasurer of the International Infrastructure and Construction Law Arbitration Moot (IICLAM). IICLAM, co-organized by Kaden Boriss Partners, National University of Singapore and Singapore International Arbitration Centre, is an international level arbitration moot competition attempting to familiarize budding lawyers from around the world with Arbitration as a system of resolution of commercial disputes arising out of the various infrastructure and construction projects round the world.
She is also a Chief Coordinator of SAARCLAW. SAARCLAW is an association of the legal communities of the SAARC countries comprising judges, lawyers, academicians, law teachers, public officers and a host of other law-related persons, duly registered with the SAARC Secretariat at Kathmandu & has been given the status of a Regional Apex Body of SAARC.
Extracurricular Activities:
She has been an active sports person throughout and has represented her school, college, university and state at various meets and sports events. She has won a Silver Medal at 50th Basket Ball Senior National Championship held at New Delhi, India wherein teams from all over India had participated. She was the ‘Sports Captain’ in the year 1996-97 and was awarded with the ‘Best Sportsperson of the Year’ trophy in school. She was also awarded with the prestigious 'College Color' in the 1st year of Graduation (St. Stephen's College) for her achievements/contributions in Sports & other co-curricular activities.
