***UPDATE*** Dec 21 In the past 12 month I invested in my personal development in being an inclusive, thoughtful & mindful leader. I found out more about the difference of being vs. doing and the importance of mindfulness and how to overcome the immunity to change by doing the InnerMBA program with soundstrue and NYU. After that I took the 3 month business sustainability management course with Cambridge University which really opended up my mind on the importance of sustainability and how critical the role of business is these days, to rewire our whole economy by doing a radical change to safe our planet and to improve the life of global society. The 17 SDG (Social Development Goals) and ESG became the guiding principle on all business actions I undertake and measure. #Neverstoplearning - we have to act now.
