As CEO of nusu LTD, I was tasked with setting up nusu, a new fast casual dining concept, in central London. I successfully set up one site with the aim of expanding across London. Through this time I gained valuable experience in all aspects of a business from start to end including setting up a company, signing a lease, fitting out a restaurant, marketing, setting up a supply chain, hiring/managing a team of 10, operating a restaurant, as well as closing and liquidating a company.

Produce the monthly insights report sent to the board, compiling analysis from various teams and reporting on underlying growth/profits, competition, retail trackers and up to date developments across the business - Responsible for and managed the team producing the weekly Group results and the Weekly Trading Update sent to the board - Responsible for the Group quarterly projection covering all markets

- Development & implementation of R&D headcount, capacity & workload reporting tool compiling data from various sources - Improvement of capacity plan financial model & financial forecast covering R&D and the 20 products - Analysis of worldwide headcount, attrition, timesheets and allocation of cost to products - Management of one resource (Financial Analyst) in India, Chennai

- Responsible for the accounts of the THQ and Thrift Stores - Responsible for the preparation of the quarterly reports sent to the Strategy Board - Managed the Junior Financial Controller
