Work & Expertise
I consult to senior managers on issues of corporate development, strategy, innovation, change management, leadership and team development across a wide range of industries. Besides my client work, I lead the development of our thinking on corporate development, and I'm a member of the research group on strategic innovation at Doujak Corporate Development.
 
Education & Experience
Prior to joining Doujak Corporate Development, I worked in the music industry and was the founder and managing director of a training organization, where I developed and delivered executive programs on strategy, leadership, general management and business administration for major corporations in Europe, the US, Canada, Latin America, Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Qatar, Turkey, China and South Africa. Besides my corporate work, I have also run courses at leading business schools including Stanford’s Graduate School of Business, the Boston University School of Management, and the European Business School London.
 
Insight
Born and raised in the Ardennes of northern Luxembourg, I'm fluent in English, German, French, and Luxembourgish. I moved to Vienna more than ten years ago to study, and have not been able to leave since then. I enjoy travelling around the globe, be it for business or pleasure, reading on strategy, innovation and organization, watching TV series and a good night out sipping Daiquiri Noirs with friends.
