During my global consulting career I’ve accompanied -as Client- or Engagement Partner- various clients in their strategic reorientation, supporting them successfully to implement these strategies and deliver substantial value for them as well as for Accenture.
Accomplishments include top line growth with market share increase and increasing brand awareness as well as the realization of substantial cost reduction potential, improving profitability.

I am specialized on the automotive- and the industrial equipment industry, successfully managing multiple projects in parallel with up to 150 employees across multiple countries. The focus of my expertise is the development of sales- and marketing strategies, restructuring as well as the setup and management of business transformations. During my assignments I am fully responsible for the acquisition and management of projects as well as the development of the respective solutions.
