Manager Services van Velthuisen is a Lean Management supporting firm specialised in production environments.
I am Your missing link between management and the people on the shop-floor. My strength is the conceptual knowledge combined with implementation experience.
I work bottom up to help you get the needed support from the shop-floor to reach the goals you set with the management team.
 
My track record includes multinational companies in electronics, chemical process, pharmaceutical and food industries, call centres, ceramic and service industries. I provide consulting, training and product development.
I am looking for: Business Owners, Executives, Individual Change Managers in need of support/links on the work-floor, Small & Mid-sized Organizations.

My expertise
 
In the past (23+) years I gained a lot of experience within a variety of businesses, where I learned and developed my leanskills.
Through out the years I found that Lean Management in productivity environments is my passion.
I have a talent for analysing businesses, business structures and situations. Together with the people from the shop-floor we set them on the right track in a hands-on kind of way.
I work Bottom Up, helping managers to achieve their goals by creating the needed support from the shop-floor.

I am a independent social entrepreneur, 39 years young, married for 11+ years to my lovely wife Esther and a very proud dad of my twins (boy/girl) of 5+ years old.
I have a passion for people, positive attitudes and I love to take care of things by facilitating and helping to make it happen for you. I have a wide interest in people and I like to meet people all over the world and network with them. Both on- and offline. See more below.

One of the side activities I enjoy very much is helping others with networking. As well as online and offline.
For instance: How do I build my online profile? How do I connect to others, How do I connect all the online networks to save time, How can I be found/visible online, what is Twitter and how to use it.....etc. etc.
Why I have so many connections around the world? I believe in randomness and the six degrees of separation, and also I think with quantity in my network I gain quality.
