Some personal info:
Let me introduce myself real short. My name is Marco van Velthuisen, I am an independent social entrepreneur, 38 years young, married with my lovely wife Esther and a very very very proud dad of my twins (boy & girl), of 4+ years old. We also have an English Bulldog of 6,5 yrs old.
A few of my hobbies are: home cooking & DeeJay-ing (with the vinyls and off course NETWORKING.
I am a very active on- and off line professional networker.

Jan Mulder, founder of Hug Your Customer and a good friend and business partner of mine, recently gave me a book called Hug Your Customers written by Jack Mitchell.
Jack is a family man and business owner in Connecticut, USA. By reading his book I sensed that there was more. The Productivity Factory & 5S Training.EU
 
For these companies I work as a freelance (personal) coach, (group) trainer and adviser regarding change management trajectory's. The basis for these trajects are the 5S trainings.
That's where "LEAN" comes in my life. Once we are ready with those basics, we can start "hugging".

Let me give you a quick idea how I mostly work regarding on line Networking:
As a professional in networking I am always looking for good contacts for myself but also to introduce to my clients, relations, friends, …. anybody who is asking me.
How do I do that?
1. I make a lot of connections, because I think that everybody has about 200 till 250 persons in his direct network.
2. I'll try to keep in touch with all those contacts, otherwise I hope they stay in contact with me.
3. If I have enough contacts in a part of a country, I'll try to help activate a local networking club, so the networking can go on offline.
4. If I get a question from a person or company, I'll first take a look within my network, and off course try to connect them.
