In my present role, I am managing a globally distributed team in six facilities, focusing on supervising and streamlining product portfolio and life cycle management for medium voltage outdoor systems and other related portfolio elements. I am executing all product-related tasks for medium voltage outdoor reclosing devices, including launching the latest products and rehabilitating emerging products.

In this role, I was leading product commencement related tasks for standard medium voltage vacuum circuit breakers globally. Also, managing accounting for over 80% volume of business segment whilst handling various product lines with R&D activities across Germany, China, and India. • Appraised by the higher management for introducing 9 varied products manufactured in 5 global facilities, while assisting production deployment across 50+ countries.

My primary duty at this role was achieving business growth by developing strong relationships with distributors and partners regarding the medium voltage equipment. • Exceeded over 50% business volume within two years in 2010 through the development and implementation of personalised marketing strategies. • Awarded as the best sales team in the medium voltage business sector across the world during the financial year 2010.

I was involved in managing all product-related tasks for lithotripsy, including product portfolio and partner management across the globe. • Optimised sales processes by planning/scheduling tasks and diagnosing/resolving issues, while ensuring esteemed product quality delivery within the limited budget and time. • Directed the introductory processes of the new product line into various markets aimed at attaining more sales and revenue.

In this role I was responsible for a line of Low Voltage Moulded Case Circuit Breakers worldwide and led projects to gain entrance into new market segments in regions like China, India, South East Asia, and Latin America with yearly growth rates around 15%. • Successfully coordination of the market introduction of a completely new product line in China. The project was finished six months ahead of schedule.

I took part in Siemens’ International Trainee program for highly qualified graduates with excellent academic records. Main assignments included the market introduction of a new family of circuit breakers at the Hannover Industrial Fair – 2001, and acting as the Test Engineer responsible for part of the certification test program for a new family of Low-Voltage Molded Case Circuit Breakers.

 Development of Master Thesis at the ABS and Braking Systems Research and Development Division Theme: “Utilization of GPS navigation for the improvement of course prediction for the Adaptive Cruise Control system”. This project was a key point to get a major global vehicle manufacturer based in Germany as a new customer

Worked as a trainee on the design and implementation of the modernization of the powerhouses and substations.
