Marcus Belke is an attorney and managing director of 2B Advice, an internationally operating company based in germany that has completely focused and specialised on privacy consulting, privacy management software and privacy evaluation and certification of products, services and sites.
Marcus is leading a team of privacy professionals with specialised attorneys, software developers and IT-Security experts.. He is had of the companies evaluation body for privacy being accredited by the state independet centre for privacy protection. Marcus is also one of the companies accredited expert for the European Privacy Seal and an authorised expert for the german ministry of economics.

Before joining 2B Advice in 2003, Marcus was a director within Deutsche Post, a 63 billion Euro publicly traded company. There he was CEO of Deutsche Post Signtrust, after many years of being responsible for information technology and privacy law for the eBusiness divisions of Deutsche Post.

Marcus graduated from the Friedrich-Wilhelm University in Bonn in 1993 and passed his bar exam in 1996.
