About me

Experienced consultant and former business owner/managing director in the communication design, branding, and information technology fields. Also a board certified coach and licensed professional counselor.

Spent fourteen years in the corporate professional services and small business worlds as a designer, project manager, consultant, and owner/manager. Originally trained as a traditional graphic designer in the United States and Europe, but transitioned quickly into client and project management in all areas and media of marketing communications. Deep knowledge of brand strategy and Internet initiatives. Experience in forming/merging new businesses and managing strategy, human resources, finances, and legal.

Pursued secondary career track in counseling and coaching. Gained counseling experience at a family services agency in Skokie, Illinois with multicultural court-ordered teens and voluntary adults and families. Founded Cadeau Coaching in January 2011 and became board certified coach in November 2011.

Spent twelve formative years in Switzerland and Germany; bilingual in German and English and proficient in French, Spanish, and Dutch.
