I build websites, software and apps. Some of which you probably used today.
 
I am an ex- developer, architect, project manager, IT outsourcing consultant, CTO and CIO.
 
Now I help my clients deliver business benefits from their IT investments. I advise on various aspects of IT management. But my biggest strength and passion is building high-performance, innovative software teams and managing delivery of complex software/web projects.
 
I worked with clients in over 20 countries ranging from startups to Fortune 100. I helped them improve their IT organizations and turnaround / deliver their largest and most complex IT projects.
 
In numbers:
- Delivered IT projects of up to $150 million budget.
- Managed up to 250 staff.
- Implemented organizational improvements in groups of up to 4000 IT staff.
- Managed development and infrastructure for websites serving up to 600K unique visitors per day.
- Implemented process and QA improvements and achieved up to 50% reduction in time to delivery and up to 80% reduction of number of bugs.
- Negotiated and managed IT outsourcing contracts worth up to $75M per year.
