Years of experience in Unix related environments, especially the more complex ISP configurations. Related to this much experience in debugging software, performance tuning complex environment with dynamic work loads, designing and implementing complex architectures, including networking and storage.
Team lead experience for medium sized (8-14 people) teams, including managent reporting, team performance evaluation and coaching.
