Dr. Marko Lackovic

I was enrolled in the undergraduate studies of the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computing in Zagreb, where I defended diploma thesis in 2002. I was working as a younger research assistant at the Telecommunication department, Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computing in Zagreb. After that I was employed by the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (EPFL), Lausanne, Switzerland, Ericsson Nikola Tesla R&D centre in Zagreb, Croatia, and Huawei Technologies Co.,Ltd. Representative office in Zagreb, Croatia. I am currently affiliated with Atento, working as a sales director.
 
I have finished the post graduate master and PhD studies in the field of Telecommunication and informatics at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computing in Zagreb in 2004 and 2005 respectively. In addition to engineering education I have received an MBA degree from Faculty of Economics and Business in Zagreb.
 
I have participated in the European Union Action COST 266 and European Union FP6 project e-Photon/One. I am currently participating in European Union Actions COST 285, and COST 291, as well as in European Union FP6 project e-Photon/One+. I have authored and co-authored more than 30 scientific publications.
