About me
Menschen unterstütze ich bei und mit interpersonaler Kommunikation, also Coaching und Training, und auf dem Gebiet der Unternehmenskommunikation bin ich besonders erfahren in Presse- und Öffentlichkeitsarbeit, Mitarbeiterkommunikation, Change Communication und Marketing-Kommunikation.

1. UNTERNEHMENSKOMMUNIKATION / PROJEKT- & INTERIM MANAGEMENT
Gelungene Kommunikation ist erfolgsentscheidend für Unternehmen. Sie ist die einzige Möglichkeit, Menschen zu bewegen: Kunden, Mitarbeiter, Partner. Ich habe mich auf Kommunikationsprojekte spezialisiert. Meine Klienten profitieren von meinen umfangreichen Erfahrungen aus Journalismus, Presse- und Öffentlichkeitsarbeit, Interner Kommunikation und Marketingkommunikation. Alle kombiniert mit handwerklichem Know-how, Einfühlungsvermögen und Erfahrungen aus unterschiedlichsten Branchen.
Besonders bei Change-Prozessen profitiere ich auch von meinen Coach- und Trainer-Ausbildungen (NLP) - und biete auch erfolgreiche Trainings (Referenzen auf Anfrage) in "Emotionaler Intelligenz", "NLP im Verkauf", "NLP für Führungskräfte" oder Workshops zum Thema Unternehmenskommunikation.
2. COACHING
Um Sie beim Erreichen Ihrer Ziele oder dem Bewältigen Ihrer Herausforderungen optimal unterstützen zu können, bin ich in klassischem NLP, in Gesprächsführung, Hypnotherapie, Systemischer Arbeit und auch Management ausgebildet. Seit 2001 berate und unterstütze ich verschiedene Unternehmen aus unterschiedlichsten Branchen in allen Facetten der Kommunikation. Ich bin als Trainer vom DVNLP, durch die INLPTA und den "Deutschen NLP Coaching Verband" zertifiziert und bin geprüfter "NLP-Professional-Coach" (ECA).
Zusätzlich habe ich als Diplom-Journalist (LMU, München) mit Sozialpsychologie abgeschlossen, außerdem absolvierte ich ein BWL-Grundstudium (Otto-Friedrich-Universität, Bamberg) sowie verschiedene Fortbildungen, unter anderem in Führungsarbeit (St. Galler Business School).
