About me
Martin Jordan ist Markenberater und strategischer Designer mit Nutzerperspektive. Er gestaltet und berät Unternehmen und Organisationen in Kommunikation, Design und Serviceinteraktion.
Martin studierte Produkt-, Interaktions- und Kommunikationsdesign in Potsdam und Magdeburg sowie nutzerzentrierte Innovation am Hasso-Plattner-Institut. Er arbeitete für internationale Markenberatungen in London, Buenos Aires und Berlin. Seit 2011 arbeitet er für Nokia als Senior User Experience .
Er ist Mitgründer von ›Service Design Berlin‹, eine Plattform zum fachlichen Austausch zwischen Innovatoren, Service Designern und Design Thinkern. In dieser Rolle war er Mitorganisator des ›Global Service Jam‹ 2011 und 2012 in Berlin – einem weltweiten 48-Stunden-Workshop für Serviceinnovation. Zusammen mit Hannes Jentsch schreibt er für ›bxp‹, einem Blog zur Dokumentation außergewöhnlicher Markenerfahrungen.
Martin sprach u.a. auf der re:publica 2011 und den Creative Mornings in Berlin.
