What motivates me
1. I can make a change and see that my work has a positive impact on people, companies and in the economy. It gives me the feeling that I have achieved something.
2. I love it to work with people, analyse their motivation factors and create win-win situations.
3. Learning constantly new things is extremely important to me to grow as a person. I am really in my element if I have to deal with challenges. As I get easily board with mundane and repetitive work.

Only who climbs out to the limb of the tree can win (with calculated risk)
In order to make a difference one needs to have new and innovative ideas. And needs to have the guts to try them. Quite often I compare it with my aerobatic flying. Each single time I try a new manoeuvre it is really frightening. But I know that it is a calculated risk as I start to learn high enough up so I can catch the plane before I hit the ground.
This also means to step out of the flock and dare to be different than the rest.
There are no problems but only situations
Quite often people only see the problem and get stuck on it. But for me problems are situations that allow me to make a positive change.
Just good enough is the enemy of Excellence
If I put my heart on something I do it with full intensity. This doesn’t mean that it is always perfect. But it means I have done the best I could within the given framework. Mistakes can happen. They even must happen. Then we learn out of mistakes and as long as we take the lessons on board and make it better next time we have gained a lot in life. But only having done something for the sake of it will never achieve excellence.
Living and let live
It is extremely important to me to except others as they are. As we are all influence by different experiences and therefore have different motivation factors and values in life. Personally, I think excepting and even loving diversity is the most important factor for successful team work. One can create extreme synergies between the team members to get the best out of the whole. However, this does not mean that I need to like the person in private.
Trust and honesty
People buy from people they trust. Especially in the IT solution world. In order to create trust one needs to be open and honest at any time and not just sell something at any rate. I rather walk away from a project or client if I know that I can not create value.
