I have broad and more than 25 years of managerial experiences within; automobile, medical, aluminium, oil, gas, consultancy, telecom industry, IT and Customer support management.

Short summery of my carrier;
Today I work as “R&D IT Project Office Manager”, and just before that I was Project Portfolio Manager for Ericsson Group within Finance (and Sourcing) area. Part of that role was to drive the portfolio and purchase IT-projects, as well as have responsibility to create IT supplier landscape strategy.
From June 2009-Jan 2010 I worked as interim Finance Manager for ST-Ericsson’s Finance Department. I had a lot of interaction with Sourcing department in order to solve the operational issues. I also recruited the finance resources, implemented processes and finalized the finance part of the ERP implementation.
I worked as a Contact Center (CC) Manager (2006-2009) at Ericsson’s largest Shared Service Center (SSC) located in Sweden. After three years of hard work, my team became a world class CC team with highly motivated individuals that could apply among others team synergy to outperform demanding goals and earned top result among all eight Ericsson Contact Centers.
I was a Global Program Manager during 2005-2006 and implemented an Ericsson business strategically sourcing solution in all twelve SSC in the world. As a result, today all global existing SSC are scanning supplier invoices and enabling the centralization of supplier invoice handling in Manila.
I worked as Finance Controller in Riyadh (Saudi) and Dubai (United Arab Emirates) 2003-2005. Part of my assignment was to align the Finance organization (indirectly also others departments) towards the Ericsson way of working. I developed the finance group to a high performance team, and even though I reduced the group with 2 people, they delivered three times more than before.
Before the assignment in Middle East I was a board member of Ericsson’s first Shared Service Center Stockholm, reported to CEO. I had the position as Service Delivery Manager Sweden for the Sourcing process Accounts Payable. I supervised all existing AP-departments in Sweden which were handling over 2 million invoices; had 10 direct reporting managers who supervised approx 160 employees.
The first time I worked in a SSC environment is at Norwegian Hydro Sweden’s SSC (oil, aluminium, fertilizer etc company). I really liked the SSC concept with all its synergies.
I have been in Saab Automobile AB for 8 years and worked as e.g. Purchaser, Export Credit Manager, Customer interface (AR Manager), Business Controller and Department Controller. The key concept that I have learned at Saab Automobile was the "Toyota model". I have lived by that code within my carrier ever since.

I am very interested in Asian cultures, and it has always been my goal to work in Asia for at least 3-4 years (or even more). My wife comes from Shanghai, China, and we have had an apartment there since 1996. We use to visit Shanghai every year for approx 5-6 weeks, so during those 15 years I have enhanced good knowledge of the Asian culture.
