General Description

For a number of years I have enjoyed a successful career in Germany as a software architect, IT consultant and senior developer in e-business solutions. Enterprise portals, content management and customer relations’ management are the areas in which I specialise. My skills also span modern software development methods such as Rational Unified Processes and Extreme Programming. Ideally, I am seeking a role in a software development project, whereby I would be utilizing my sound expertise in Requirement Analysis and Use Case technique, system architecture, object-orientated analysis and database design, evaluation and customization of frameworks, team leadership, coordination of external suppliers, release management and support of the test team. On more than 20 projects I have gained a breadth of experience in liaising with customers in different sectors including telecommunications, insurance, pharmaceuticals, mechanical engineering and publishing.
Due to my competencies in various fields, I am an ideally suited to projects of a highly technical and complex nature. The majority of the aforementioned projects have focused on implementation and have called upon my specialist skills in Java / J2EE technology.
