Accomplished executive with 18 years international experience in strategic outsourcing: deal shaping, bid management, service strategy design, account and service management, global operations and P&L management. Decisive leader, results and performance oriented with proven success in winning outsourcing deals of €100 Million above. Track record of increasing profitability and service delivery quality whilst spearheading continuous operational improvements to drive productivity and reduce costs. Excel in demanding international, global and multi-cultural contexts while remaining both process oriented and pragmatic.


Mazyar is currently Bid Director for Logica Global Outsourcing Services where he has responsibility for leading the engagement phase of outsourcing deals of 50 Million Euros above. Prior to this, he was Director of Services for Fujitsu Services where he had responsibility for all contractual engagements. Previously, he was an Outsourcing Solutions Manager for Siemens Business Services, where he managed the development and articulation of business, organizational and technical solutions for strategic outsourcing engagements. Previous to this role, he worked for Debitel as head of IT Research & Development, as well as Telecom Billing Systems. Mazyar started his career at Debis IT Services (AKA T-Systems), where he was Account & Service Manager for two major outsourcing contracts.
