Salesforce.Com Architect and CRM SME

Mehmet Ergun has more than fifteen years of experience in the Information technology Industry including extensive experience with the SFDC (Salesforce.Com) platform. During this career he has led all stages of software development life cycle including – analysis, requirement gathering, design, development, testing and implementation of various systems including global, multi-language, multi-currency rollouts.

He has undertaken implementations of multiple salesforce.com projects including recently one for the largest Media and Financial Information Service Provider in the world and another for a Wholesale Finance Business.
He is highly proficient in Model View Controller design paradigm (MVC) and his understanding of the Salesforce.Com Object based architecture and SOA based EAI standards have contributed significantly in providing cost effective solution architecture for multiple clients. He also has published several papers including one on SOX Compliance and Salesforce.com.

Prior to his experience as an SFDC CRM Architect, he worked extensively as ERP application architect and led ERP, Supply Chain, and custom business application implementations across the Fortune 500 and high tech industries. Mehmet is a hands-on contributor - he has been programming since 1990 and has personally written several commercial and multi-media applications.

He holds a Masters Business Administration (MBA) from UCI and a Bachelor of Science (BS) from UCLA, salesforce.com consulting and developer certifications in SFA, Support, Mobile, and Marketing Applications. He also holds several certifications in Project Management and Sales Process Optimization.
