About me

I am passionate about textiles, colour, education and entrepreneurship (simultaneously and in equal proportions). I have worked with textiles since 1993 and have been an entrepreneur since then as well.

I have published a book called Contemporary Dyecraft which has sold very well in South Africa (Metz Press) and North America (Firefly Publishers).

I teach extensively into the skills development and NGO space, as well as into schools, fashion colleges and craft centres.

I am fascinated by the idea that it is possible to build a business from a dream alone.
