• Led “Direct Seat Delivery”-SCM-Project to implement a direct delivery process from seat suppliers in Germany and Northern Ireland to Airbus • Reduced warehouse lead-time from an average of 8 days to 1 day • Managed an international (French, English, German) cross-functional (production, logistics, procurement, engineering, quality, …) project team of 15 employees • Implemented NRC cost avoidance (project made warehouse expansion unnecessary) of € 1.6 million and annual RC savings of € 0.550 million

Team member of international, cross-functional “Enhanced A320 Cabin (EHC)” project • Developed outsourcing strategy for EHC production which’ cost savings led to a return on investment of EHC-project of less than 2,5 years (benchmark in aviation industry) • Led industrial feasibility studies, established business cases / scenarios and coordinated launching customer approach Improvement Manager • Implemented workflow improvement measures with partner countries (France, Spain) to ease industrial process
