• Creating a new CRM system linked with a new CI/CD which had a positive impact on revenue 
• Project manager for the ISO-certification 9001:2008 in a 5-star hotel
• Co-founder of the Arosa Junior Club - a joint venture between various hotels and restaurants, ski school, cable cars, the public transportation provider in a ski resort town
• Achieved a double digit growth in turnover in several roles 
• Managing events for high profile clients such as Bill Clinton, Richard Branson, Larry Page, Shimon Peres, Peter Brabeck, Paulo Coelho, Bill Gates, etc. 
• Creating sports events such as cross country golf tournaments from 2500 m above sea level to 1850 m above sea level or ‘driving range relaxed’ with national celebrities
• Diploma as best waiter in Switzerland and winning a sponsorship for the Hotel Management School Belvoirpark Zurich, Switzerland 
• Successful pre-opening of a restaurant in the Swiss mountains
