In general looking to work more globally and foster innovation....most fun is watching people grow as they make change happen
interested in working with cross functional teams or organizations already using improvement methodologies like lean
six sigma
baldrige...but having problems realizing the expected benefits. Would very much like to work with NGO development organizations around the world on improving effectiveness. Developing more useful performance metrics for administrative and support departments/functions....this is a challenge to do well
making sustainable change happen is always exciting. Outside of work.... family
