30 years of extensive knowledge in the Software and IT-Services industry focusing on Financial Services solutions such as Controlling and Compliance (Management Informations Systems) and Credit Risk Portfolio Management (Data Warehouse), Rapid Application Development, Generic Software & Multi Channel Solutions (Portals, Multi Channel Banking), Knowledge Management & Collabrative Solutions. Development of solution offerings, engaging in marketing, sales and delivery of software and services to key customers in the industries.
Held various management positions in IBM and Lotus as Branch Manager Lotus Professional Services in Frankfurt, Global Engagement Director for Deutsche Bank, Client Service Principal for the ABN AMRO account with a world wide responsibility for IT and sourcing strategies, e.g. Outsourcing, Hosting and ‘on Demand’ in The Netherlands, Financial Services Head Software Group in Central/East Europe, Middle East and Africa covering Banking, Insurance and Financial Markets in Vienna.
Developed high value services offerings in Wincor Nixdorf – an organization which is on it’s move from product related service to solution oriented (outsourcing) services.

Developed a retail service offering, using experience taken from self service and cash management outsourcing engagements in banking, by transfering them into a retail world. Building up a value frame for suply chain: SAP back-ends via middleware solutions to store solutions. Building up a retail solution for the store/shop/site.

Since Aug. 2007 back to my home town working in the Service Sales Force as Engegement Manager for Large Accounts in the area of Financial Services. Implementing Service Strategies from sales to delivery.
