◆他拥有德国著名法律学府著名导师指导下的法学博士学位，通晓中、外法律（大陆法与英美法），精通英语、德语，专门从事涉外法律服务。他于1996年一次性通过全国律师资格考试，成绩优秀（此次律考为有史以来最难的一次，大连共有一千二百多人参考，通过的只有三十几人，全辽宁省也只有七十几人通过）。之后他便开始专门从事涉外法律服务工作，律师事业蒸蒸日上。后来全国律协在全国律师中通过层层考试、选拔，共选出七人，准备委派到美国纽约进修一年，他是其中上列第三名。但他最终放弃此机会，撇家舍业，自费到德国著名的法学系—明斯特大学法学系—从头开始学习德国法律。他目标坚定、勤奋刻苦、学习成绩获任课教授们的充分认可，后得益于德国著名民商法、国际私法教授Heinrich Doerner博士的指导，共用近六年时间取得德国保险法方向法学硕士(summa cum laude)、德国国际私法方向法学博士(magna cum laude)学位，在明斯特大学法学系为中国人争了光。
◆他在留德期间先后在几家欧洲著名的律师事务所学习、实习、工作过，多次为留德中国同胞提供过德国法律服务。他女儿去德国探亲签证申请被拒时，他还成功地通过法律手段为他女儿及时取得签证。

Brief Introduction
◆Having obtained his Dr. jur. from the famous German law school under the guidance of the renowned Professor in law, being an expert in domestic and foreign laws (Continental Laws and Anglo-American laws) plus his mastery of English and German, he has been concentrating on corporate legal affairs with foreign elements in China. In 1996, with only one try, he passed the National Bar Exam with honors (the bar exam of 1996 has been so far the most difficult one in its history, as among more than 1,200 participants in Dalian, only around 30 of them, and altogether around 70 in Liaoning Province have made it that year). Then he started to concentrate on the international commercial legal affairs and enjoyed the rising success of his lawyering career. Years later through the various examinations among the lawyers in China he has become one of the seven members (the third from the top) who would be sent to New York for one-year legal study and training by the Chinese Bar Association. At last, however, he made up his mind to abandon the opportunity of going to the states and start his German law study from the undergraduate level in the famous German law department – Department of Law at University of Münster all on his own feet, leaving his family alone and giving up his rising lawyering career in China. He was strongly goal-oriented and dedicated to his German law study, with his academic achievements duly recognized by the teaching professors of law. Afterwards under the guidance of the famous German professor in civil law and private international law – Professor Dr. Heinrich Dörner – he has obtained LL.M. with summa cum laude in German insurance law and Dr. jur. with magna cum laude in private international law in almost six years, having won the due honors for the Chinese there.
◆During his stay in Germany he has conducted his learning activities and legal practice in several famous European law firms, provided legal services in German law to his countrymen in Germany, and been able to secure the visa for his daughter on time for her visit to Germany and other European countries by legal means after the refusal of her initial application by the German Embassy.
◆He has been mainly concentrating on International Investment (Equity JV, Cooperative JV, WOFE & Overseas Investment), M&A, International Trade, International Maritime Affairs, IPR and other international commercial legal affairs, having provided his professional legal services to the clients from the U.S.A., U.K., Germany, Japan, Singapore, Australia, the Netherlands, South Korea, Belgium and to those from the regions Hong Kong, Taiwan and Macau. With the professional morals of "competence, persistence & excellence" and "integrity, dedication & devotion to the clients' interests" that are the most important, he has been providing his clients with the high-quality professional legal services, having won the due true recognition and respect from them. ◆In one international maritime case – XXX v. XXX Shipping Co., Ltd. (a Sino-foreign Joint Venture company) regarding the bodily injury in the harbor – that he has concentrated upon for more than two years and finally won, the amount of compensation for the client was so far the highest at that time in China, and the case has been selected by the People's Supreme Court in the Selection of Cases of People's Court (see the National Law Database with its law classification code 115811998001).
◆He acts as general legal counsel for many foreign enterprises from EU and USA; he has respectively represented the Chinese and foreign parties in the whole process of several large joint venture incorporations, including negotiations, the drafting, revising and signing of legal documents and the like; he has represented foreign parties in many international arbitration cases; he once acted as the general legal counsel for a high-tech zone, offering legal services to the foreign and domestic enterprises therein; he has advised a few large Chinese private company on their investment activities in Germany and other EU countries; he has also advised several American investment companies on their acquisitions of state-owned shares in China.

Kurze Vorstellung
◆Mit dem Erwerb Dr.jur. aus einem bekannten deutschen juristischen Fakultät unter einem hochangesehenen Juradoktorvater, als ein Fachman über inländisches und ausländisches Recht sowie sein Beherrschen der englischen und deutschen Sprachen, hat er sich auf die Services der internationalen juristischen Angelegenheiten konzentriert. Im Jahre 1996 hat er das chiniesische Anwalts¬examen mit Auszeichnung bestanden (Das Anwaltsexamen dieses Jahres ist bisher das schwierigste in seiner Geschichte gewesen. In Dalian gab es mehr als 1,200 Beteiligten, aber davon haben nur rund 30 in Dalian, und insgesamt ungefähr 70 in Liaoning Provinz das Examen dieses Jahres erfolgreich hinter ihnen gebracht). Danach hat er sich auf die Dienstleistung der internationlen juristischen Angelegenheiten konzentriert und den zunehmenden Erfolg seiner Karriere genossen. Später hat der chinesische Anwaltsverband durch verschiedene Prüfungen unten den chine¬sischen Anwälten sieben Mitglieder ausgewählt, die nach New York fuer ein einjähriges Training geschickt werden sollten und davon war er der Dritte von oben. Jedoch hat er sich ent¬schlossen, auf diese Gelegenheit zu verzichten und stattdessen von Anfang an das deutsche Jurastudium an der bekannten deutschen juristischen Fakultät – der Juristischen Fakultät der Universität Münster – anzufangen. So hat er seine Erfolg versprechende Anwaltskarriere in China aufgegeben und seine Familie zu Hause gelassen. Er war zielstrebig und emsig bei seinem Jura¬studium und hat durch seine besser und besser gewordenen Leistungen die Anerkennungen der Professoren gewonnen. Danach hat der beruehmte deutsche Professor des Bürgerlichen Rechts und des Internationalen Privatrechts – Prof. Dr. Heinrich Dörner – ihn zuerst als Magisterstudent und dann als Doktorand ange¬nommen. Infolgedessen hat er innerhalb sechs Jahren LL.M. (summa cum laude) im deutschen Versicherungsrecht und Dr.jur. (magna cum laude) im Internationalen Privatrecht erworben, was eine Ehre für die Chinesen dort gewesen (vgl. das Empfehlungsschreiben von seinem Doktorvater).
◆Während seines Aufenthalts in Deutschland hat er seine Studientaetigkeiten und sein Praktikum in mehreren bekannten europäischen Anwaltskanzleien hinter sich gebracht, den Landesleuten deutsche juristische Hilfe geleistet und seiner Tochter das Visum nach Deutschland und Europa nach der Ablehung ihrer Beantragung rechtzeitig durch Rechtsweg wieder bekommen.
◆Er konzentriert sich hauptsächlich auf die juristischen Dienstleistungen auf den Gebieten der juristischen Angelegenheiten mit Auslandselement wie FDI (Equity JV, Cooperative JV und Unternehmen mit 100%tiger ausländischer Investition), M&A, Außenhandel, maritime Angelegenheiten und so weiter. Bisher hat er seinen Service den Mandanten aus den U.S.A., Großbritannien, Deutsch¬land, Japan, Singapore, Australien, der Niederlande, Südkorea und den aus den Regionen Hongkong und Taiwan gegeben. Mit seiner Integrität und Hingabe an die Interessen der Mandanten, die am wichtigsten sein sollen, sind seine Dienstleistungen seinen Mandanten sehr zufriedenstellend und respektabel. In einem maritimen Fall – XXX v. XXX Schiffsgesellschaft wegen Körperverletzung am Hafen – den er seit mehr als zwei Jahren vor dem Dalianer Maritimen Gericht und vor dem Liaoning Oberen Gericht vertreten und gewonnen hat, ist ihm gelungen, die damals höchste Entschaedigung fuer seinen Mandanten zu gewinnen. Deshalb ist dieser Fall in der Sammlung der ausgewählten Fälle des Volks¬gerichts von dem Obersten Volksgericht ausgewählt worden (vgl. die Nationale Rechts¬daten¬bank mit dem Rechtsklassifikationscode 115811998001).
