ZebraMobil kommt mit einem kundenfreundlichen und technologiegestützten Angebot der Flexibilität und dem Komfort eines eigenen Autos so nahe wie möglich und bietet damit einer breiten Zielgruppe zum ersten Mal eine echte Alternative zum Privatwagen.Zuletzt konnte Herr Ohr als Direktor Portfolio-Entwicklung bei der mutares AG, einer Beteiligungsgesellschaft mit Fokus auf Unternehmen in Umbruch- und Sondersituationen, das Portfolio von zwei auf sechs Unternehmen steigern und den Jahresumsatz der mutares Gruppe mehr als verzehnfachen.
Davor war Herr Ohr auf zahlreichen Projekten im In- und Ausland als Unternehmensberater bei Bain & Company tätig, unter anderem im Bereich Due Diligence für namhafte Private Equity Kunden. Weitere Erfahrungen hat er in verschiedenen Funktionen bei der BMW Group und bei Trilogy Software, einem amerikanischen Anbieter von Unternehmenssoftware, gesammelt.
Herr Ohr hält einen Master of Business Administration (MBA) mit Auszeichnung von INSEAD, der internationalen Business School in Fontainebleau und Singapur, und hat sein Erststudium zum Diplom-Wirtschaftsingenieur an der Universität Karlsruhe (TH), mittlerweile aufgegangen im Karlsruher Institut für Technologie (KIT), abgeschlossen.

With their technology enabled and customer centric approach, ZebraMobil matches the flexibility and convenience of your own car and therefore is the first car sharing service to really offer a viable alternative to car ownership.As Director of Portfolio Development at mutares, a holding company focused on distressed assets, Michael was able to increase the size of the portfolio from two to six companies and to grow the annual group revenue more than tenfold.
Prior to his work at mutares, Michael worked on several projects in various countries as a consultant at Bain & Company, including due diligence projects for several top-tier private equity clients. He also served in various capacities at the BMW Group and at Trilogy Software, a provider of enterprise software.
Michael completed his Master of Business Administration (MBA) with Distinction at INSEAD, the leading business school in Fontainebleau and Singapore. He also holds a Diplom-Wirtschaftsingenieur (equivalent to a Master's degree) in Industrial Engineering and Management from the University of Karlsruhe, today part of the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT), in Germany.
