• Introduction of the spare-parts logistics IT systems and processes for Siemens Shanghai Mobile Communications in Shanghai, China. Results: savings of 520 T€ over the first three years
• Project work on the alignment of the spare-parts logistics processes and IT systems due to the merger of the Siemens Networks and Mobile divisions
Responsibility for all operational IT service processes (e.g. incident, problem, change & release management) as well as service planning and service level management. Success criteria included cost reductions and adherence to service level objectives as well as the on-time delivery of software releases.
Business process analysis, modelling and optimisation. Requirements analysis and specification of changes and enhancements based on process changes, business change requests and legal requirements. Success criteria included quality increases (reduction of post-implementation errors and problems) as well as adherence to Sarbanes-Oxley Act regulations, tested by KPMG audits.
