Business process analysis, modelling and optimisation. Requirements analysis and specification of changes and enhancements based on process changes, business change requests and legal requirements. Success criteria included quality increases (reduction of post-implementation errors and problems) as well as adherence to Sarbanes-Oxley Act regulations, tested by KPMG audits.
